The Chief Method is an acronym for Challenging, High, Intensity, Endurance, Fitness.
You will be tasked with physical fitness exercises that will attack your mental strength. 
Some might be ONE exercise for a certain duration or for reps, or there will be multiple items to deal with with the same scenario. 
Mental Toughness is the trinity of fitness, with all of them being equally important and feeding off of each other. MIND.BODY.SPIRIT.
If you occasionally do it great but if you do it often, the rewards will be greater and you will see improvements in all aspects of your life in and outside of the gym.
