We NOW have a Pickleball Team

Saturdays we get together as a community and play locally team matches of Pickleball. It burns up to 1000 calories per session (Managed by your Fit Watch), healthy competition and gets us out of the indoors for a bit. A major part of the fitness pyramid is the TOP, and thats introducing various SPORTS into the community and layout of your training. We even have classes in our facility and can teach you the basics of pickleball.

Though outdoor sessions are free, we often go to local pickleball facilities around the area.

Just another reason to join the uniqueness of the proving grounds gym. Play is right after our 9am class and play for 1-2 hours.
