Fitness is Just a Tool

When you think about working out in a class/group setting or alone at a local gym, you think that those exercises will make you healthy.....right? Well, Yes and No.

Fitness is a tool that needs cooperation from other factors or your lifestyle such as: Limiting and dealing with Stress, Diet, Supplementation, Rest/Sleep and Faith Practicing.

To live a complete, full and healthy life all these things must be added.

Fitness is just the tool that needs to be added to your life everyday. That doesnt mean you need to workout everyday, but you should be "moving" everyday.

So yes, Go to the gym at least 4 times per week but dont neglect your prayer/meditation, Diet/Nutrition, Sleep and always add something in your life as much as you can laughter.

Be consistent, challenge yourself, and I promise it will be worth it.
