OP4 Functional 

Proving Grounds Functional Fitness training deals with a hybrid method of Barbell, Free weights, body weight and crossfit methods. Classes are generally 30-45 minutes.

$125- no contracts

OCTANE

PG BootCamp Hybrid deal more with Cardio, Body Weight, Free Weights and resistance bands and slam balls. Great for everyone regardless of fitness level.

$150 - no contracts / Survival- per course

Self Defense/Survival

For those that want a blend of Street Combatives, Urban Weapon Retention and Defense alongside with Some fitness and Urban Survival Tradecraft, this is for you.

DROP IN AND TRAIN WITH US

ANY CLASS DROP IN $25

Regardless of what class you would like to train in you are welcome to drop in. you must email or text the gym at theprovinggroundsgym@gmail.com or text us at 347-551-3498 with the Subject of "DROP IN CLASS". Once you get the confirmation, you may join any class as you wish. All classes for visitors will need to sign a waiver before training, wear comfortable gym clothing and recommended that you bring water and a towel.
